About This Tool
We built this because keeping track of new AI tools is basically impossible. It's strictly a research layer that crawls the web in real-time to find functional software. Most directories are just static lists that go out of date, but this looks at what's live right now. It cuts through the marketing noise (which is everywhere in AI) to find tools that actually fit the task.
It doesn't provide the tools itself; it just points you to them.
The Problem It Solves
If you search for 'AI video tools' on Google, you mostly get SEO-bloated listicles or ads for tools that might not even work. This app tries to fix that by doing the legwork—it searches the web, checks what's functional, and gives you a direct answer so you don't have to spend an hour on Reddit or Twitter researching.
When to Use This
- You've got a specific job (like 'I need to turn a spreadsheet into a video') and don't know if a tool for that exists yet.
- You want to find tools that aren't necessarily the most famous ones but are better for your specific workflow.

How It Works
The app takes your prompt and uses an LLM with live search (via Google). It runs a few targeted searches, looks at descriptions, and filters out the junk. Then it summarizes the best matches into a list.
