Research Paper Finder
Finds and summarizes high-quality academic research papers so you don't have to wade through blog posts and news articles.
About This Tool
We built this for students, researchers, and anyone who's tired of seeing 'SEO-optimized' fluff when they're trying to find real facts. It's an academic search tool. It scans global databases—like arXiv and PubMed—and gives you a list of papers along with a 'Significance Summary' that explains why the research matters.
It isn't a full-text downloader (it respects paywalls) or a peer-review service. It's just a discovery layer for serious literature.
The Problem It Solves
Finding actual scientific data on Google is hard because primary sources are often buried under blog posts or opinion pieces. Plus, reading abstracts to see if a paper is even relevant takes forever. This app removes that 'academic friction.' It filters specifically for scholarly work and gives you a clear summary of the findings.
When to Use This
- You're writing a report or a thesis and need primary sources to cite.
- You saw a health claim in the news and want to find the original study to see if it's actually true.
- You're a developer looking for the mathematical foundation of a new machine learning model.
How It Works
The app uses an LLM with live search to target specific academic domains and repositories. it filters out the 'noise' of marketing sites and looks for signals of high-quality research, like citation counts. It then distills the abstract into a simpler explanation without losing the technical accuracy.
